Baby Blessing

Eli Judd Colson was named after Scott's
Great-Great-Grandpa, Eli Judd.
He was being so patient.
Isn't that the saddest face?

Judd with Scott's sister, Lacy.
He cried like this the whole time we were taking pictures
until he got his binky. But that was ok because he was so
good the rest of the time, even though his
little suit had like four layers.

Judd with Scott and my Dad.
I guess he didn't cry the whole time.
My Dad must have the magic touch.

Us with my Mom and Dad.
The cutest little suit was thanks to Scott, (for letting me find
the perfect one, even though it took three tries) and to my
Mom who is can fix anything so that it fit him exactly.

Isn't he so cute in his little suit with his Dad.
He looks like a little old man. :)

We love you, sweet boy.

Mom's new camera

I'm not the best person with technology and electronic devices.  I got a new camera because I want to capture all the memories I can. Babies do so many cute things and grow so fast so I guess the only way to get better is to practice.
He reminds me of a little turtle :)

Way too much flash, Mom!

Bath Time!
Now every time I pull out my camera Judd quits smiling.
I am pretty sure he gets that from his Dad.

His smile is so cute! I just have to be fast to catch a picture of it.
Scott says he has my tongue because I stick it out when I am concentrating.

This is at the doctor's office for his two month shots.
Poor guy, I don't know who it was harder on- me or him.

He was in the 80th percentile for height.
Maybe he will get a little height from his Uncle Colt.

My First Deer Hunt

October 2010
My First Deer Hunt

Hunting is lots of work.  This is what Mom felt like most of the time.  Judd is a pretty good camper when he wants to be (which was most of the time). He slept better while we were camping than most nights at home.  Mom and Dad didn't sleep this peacefully, given the fact that there was three of us and a Boppy pillow on a little bed.

Grandpa Keith has been our trusty guide on several hunts.

Judd is starting to look all around and recognize things. He has such a cute personality. I can't believe how fast he is growing up. He is about seven weeks old and is such his own little person.
(Scott is a Ute's fan if you hadn't noticed.)

Here is Aunt Hannah and Grandma looking as fabulous as ever.

Judd getting some Grandma Cindee love.

Cedar Mountain was so pretty. The leaves were just starting to change colors.

I don't know who he got the being cheerful on a chilly morning from but it wasn't his mother.   He was as happy as could be.

Just smilin' away
